The leader of that first village made it quite clear that seeking refuge in one of Albamare's villages will be quite impossible. But Grob pointed you towards an abondoned Human watchtower, where you read about historical places called Vaults. Apparently, Humans were there before you, but history was not kind on them. The Vaults are now protected by the villages in front of them. Making them talk will require a bit more than a donation - the Human's notes proposed you should take a Power Brew with you to appeal to them.
