This settlement seems to have to deal with overgrowth - lots of pointy roots are coming out of the moist soils of the woodlands, which gives the villagers an abundance of wet and unusable wood... But they have adapted and overcome this problem, making it a solid fortress, right in front of the massive stable grounds that they protect.
