Changes: Outgoer Gearset

The Outgoer Gearset competes with the Wedgewood Gearset in the early game. Both have the same stats, but different set bonuses. The Wedgewood Gearset is partly obtained for free but crafting this one is still worth it because of its useful set bonus that increases the movement speed - which is great for exploring the map.
